Our differentiator
AI-first, and what that actually means
Most technology companies now say they use AI. Very few can tell you which tools, in which part of the work, and what happens to the output before a client sees it. This page answers all three.
How we work
An AI-first team, by design
Every member of the 360Bit team is trained on the latest generation of AI tools, deliberately and continuously, not as a side experiment, but as the way we work.
The tools, named
Claude Code
Build, refactor and review in the codebase
Cursor
Day-to-day editing and pair programming
Microsoft Copilot
Documents, analysis and Microsoft-stack work
GitHub Copilot
In-editor completion and test scaffolding
OpenAI Codex
Code generation and task automation
Read AI
Meeting capture, notes and follow-through
Windsor AI
Marketing data consolidation and reporting
Each earns its place in a specific part of how we design, build, review and ship work.
What it means for you
01
Speed without shortcuts
AI-assisted development, testing and documentation compress delivery timelines. The quality bar doesn’t move. The clock does.
02
Senior output from a small team
Six people, fully AI-equipped, delivering at a pace and depth normally associated with much larger teams, and you talk to the people who build it, with no account-management layer in between.
03
Lower cost of delay
Faster delivery is a commercial number, not a technical one. Earlier go-live, value sooner, more runway to adapt.
Working this way has increased our development speed byup to 50% so far.
How we measure that:we mean speed, not elapsed-time reduction. A piece of work we would previously have scheduled over six months has been delivered in four. That is the same output in two-thirds of the time, which is a 50% increase in rate of delivery. It is our own internal measure across our recent projects, not an independently audited benchmark, and “up to” means it is the best case we have seen rather than a guaranteed figure.
In practice
Where AI sits in the work
AI is not one step in our process. It is present across the whole of it, doing a different job in each phase. That is also why the review discipline has to be present across the whole of it too.
- Understanding the problem
- Meeting capture and structured notes mean nothing gets lost between a conversation and a specification. We spend the time saved on asking better questions, not on writing up the last set.
- Design and architecture
- AI is used to explore more options than a small team could otherwise afford to consider, and to pressure-test the one we choose. The decision stays ours, and so does the accountability for it.
- Build
- AI-assisted development across the codebase: scaffolding, refactoring, migration work and the repetitive parts of any build. This is where most of the speed comes from.
- Review and testing
- AI generates test coverage and flags problems early; a person still reads the code and still signs it off. An AI review is an additional pass, never a replacement for ours.
- Documentation and handover
- Documentation is generated alongside the work rather than reconstructed afterwards, which is why it actually exists at handover.
- Reporting
- Marketing and delivery data are consolidated automatically, so the reporting a client sees is current rather than assembled the night before.

Our approach
How we work
Four principles, in the order they actually happen on an engagement.
We listen first
We don’t just fulfil requirements. We map the process and recommend the right solution, technology and digital strategy, built to be future-proof from day one.
AI-first, delivered the Agile way
Clients see early results instead of waiting months for a first look, with the flexibility to think, adjust and improve along the way.
Enterprise-grade, future-proof architecture
Built to expand and adapt to future change, with the insights and drill-down reporting a business needs for real planning.
We own it with you
We help drive adoption and support continuous improvement throughout the journey, so clients get maximum value from what they’ve invested in.
What this buys you
Six people, and no layer in between
A small team is usually presented as a limitation to apologise for. Fully AI-equipped, it is the reason we can move quickly, and it means the people who scope your work are the people who build it.
AI-first doesn’t mean AI-only. Every deliverable still goes through our own review discipline before it reaches a client.
